Shrimp Boil Foil Packets

I dream of a seafood boil but there is a TON of goodies in there I can’t have, so no point in boiling a giant pot with crab, lobster and shrimp if I can’t have it. So I made beautifully seasoned packets of shrimp with the usual fixings and popped them in my oven!

1- pound Raw Shrimp, clean & de-veined (1 libra camarones crudos)

6-7 – large Red potatoes, cut in chunks (6-7 papas Rojas, cortadas in pesados)

1- bag Corn cob rounds (1 bolsa dé rodajas de mazorca)

1.5 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning (1 cucharadita y media de Old Bay Seasoning)

1 -tbsp. Grape seed oil (1 cucharada de aceite de uva)

2- tsp. Dried Parsley flakes (2 cucharaditas de perejil)

Generous Pinch of Seasoned Montauk Salt from Farm to Fork Chef

Cooking Spray (Spray de cocina)

Aluminum foil (Aluminio)

2. Microwave potatoes 2 minutes. (Caliente las papas e el microondas por 2 minutos.)

 3. Mix everything together in a bowl (except the cooking spray) & set aside. (Mezcle todo los ingredientes menos el spray; ponga la mezcla al lado.)

5. To make a pouch, you will first pull up from the center lengthwise and bring those two side together and fold twice. (Para hacer un sobre

 6. Next fold each end two or these times.

7. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve either in the packet with bread or pop them open and put them in a bowl with bread and a nice salad.

This is great for camping, or something you can do during winter to get your summer eats fix!
