Fruit Rolls (like real fruit!)

I decided to take a crack at making home made fruit rolls from Pintrest and here is my strayed variation of the recipe:
Heat Oven to 200 Degrees

1/2 C Raspberries

1/2 C Blueberries

1/2 Banana, sliced

3 C Strawberries, hulled

1 Nectarine, Sliced

1/2 C Carrot Purée (Made ahead)

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 C Raw Sugar
Put it all in the blender and purée. Pour out onto parchment or Silpat lined Jelly Roll pan (makes 2) and smooth out. Bake for 1.5 hours then rotate pans and bake another 1.5 hours.

Cool & cut into strips! Lasts about a week. If you & your kids can resist keeping it that long…
